A New Synthetic Route of 2-(2,2-Difluoro-ethoxy)-6-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl Chloride

摘要 以邻溴三氟甲苯为原料,经混酸硝化、溴化、硝基还原、重氮化脱氨基、格氏交换甲硫基化、乌尔曼醚化、氯气氧化等步骤合成2-(2,2-二氟乙氧基)-6-三氟甲基苯磺酰氯。该路线反应条件避免了丁基锂的使用,使其工业化生产更加安全、经济。 2-(2,2-Difluoro-ethoxy)-6-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride was synthe-sized from 2-bromo-trifluoromethyl-benzene via a series of transformations including nitrification, bromination, reduction, deamination by diazotization, preparation of methyl sulfide by Grignard exchange, Ullman etherification and sulfonyl chloride synthesis. Avoiding the use of n-butyllithium makes this route more secure and economic than other ones.
