摘要
对海上风机嵌岩大直径单桩基础进行疲劳分析,利用传统S-N曲线和Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤准则分别计算出风机荷载、波浪荷载及打桩作用下的疲劳累积损伤,分析桩基础不同截面高程的疲劳损伤程度。分析结果表明:该单桩基础疲劳寿命至少达到76年,能够满足疲劳寿命工程正常运行25年的要求;同时泥面以下40 m及泥面附近10 m附近部位容易产生累积损伤,需在实际工作过程中对这些部位进行定期维护保养。
It has analyzed a single big diameter pile embedded foundation of a wind-power generator at sea of fatigue data with which to utilize traditional S-N curve and Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage criteria to compute out loads to the generator,wave loads,and cumulative fatigue and damage under the driven pile effect,respectively,while analyzing degree of fatigue damage to heights of sections in various diameter.The analysis results show that working life of the single pile foundation would last 75 years at least that meet a normal operational duration of 25 years.However,it is vulnerable to cumulative damage at the areas of 40 m beneath the mud surface and 10 m around the foundation at the mud surface,where has to be periodically serviced and maintained during actual operation of the generator set.
