摘要
全球地方化是全球化与地方化互动融合产生的现象。与世界其他国家的全球地方化不同,中国的全球地方化是以快速的城市化进程为载体的,是全球化、城市化和地方化三者融合的产物。全球地方化一方面可以满足地方化的经济、社会和文化需求,在一定程度上保留了地方化要素,另一方面又被资本驱动的空间升级进程所捆绑,在慢慢侵蚀其中的地方化和多元化要素。在广度和深度上不断深化的全球地方化进程正在产生“原真性”悖论,这为城市空间治理和文化生态带来三重挑战:阶层空间集聚挑战、生活经验和文化记忆挑战,以及城市文化审美挑战。从本质上讲,应对这场挑战是为了留住、保持和提升城市个体的归属感,城市空间的生活和文化多样性,城市的灵魂和国家的文化自信。
Glocalization is the phenomenon of interaction and integration of globalization and localization.China’s glocalization results from the integration of globalization,urbanization and localization based on rapid urbanization,which is different from those of the rest of the world.Glocalization,on the one hand,can meet the demands of economy,society and culture,which has retained the elements of localization to some extent;on the other hand,it is bounded by capital-driven space development,as its elements of localization and pluralism slowly eroded.Broad and deep process of glocalization development brings about the paradox of“authenticity”,which poses three challenges of urban space governance and cultural ecology:the challenge of class space aggregation,the challenge of life experience and cultural memory,and the challenge of aesthetic sense of urban culture.In essence,to meet the challenges is to retain,maintain and enhance the individual sense of belonging,the diversity of life and culture of urban space,the soul of the city and cultural confidence of the nation.
