摘要
目的:研究针灸后康复护理对脑出血患者神经功能恢复情况及生活质量的影响。方法:从2017年12月-2019年2月笔者所在医院收治的脑出血患者中选取88例作为研究对象,将之随机分成两组,常规组与康复组,每组44例。两组患者先均予以针灸,而后常规组予以常规护理,康复组采用常规护理+康复护理,比较两组患者的神经功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果:护理前,两组患者的NIHSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,康复组NIHSS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);出院时,康复组的各项SS-QOL评分均显著大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸后康复护理对脑出血患者神经功能恢复情况及生活质量的影响甚佳,可于临床上推广。
Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing after acupuncture on the recovery of neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:From December 2017 to February 2019,88 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group and the rehabilitation group,44 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with acupuncture first,then the patients in the routine group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with routine nursing combined rehabilitation nursing.The neurological function recovery and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,NIHSS score of rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).At discharge,SSQOL scores of rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing after acupuncture has a good effect on the recovery of neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
