摘要
时代新人是新时代的人才培养目标,是担当民族复兴大任的主体。当前国际形势错综复杂、各种文明交流互鉴、不同思想文化相互激荡,国际视野既是人才培育必须关注的时代命题,也是全球化进程中时代新人应当具备的重要素养。通过梳理时代新人提出的历史渊源与发展过程,理解国际视野的内涵和价值,正确认识时代新人与国际视野的关系,明晰国际视野下培育时代新人的理论蕴含和实践路径,探索相应的教育创新发展举措,从而实现时代新人的全面发展。
New talents of the times are the goal of cultivating talents in the new era and the main body of the national rejuvenation.At present,the international situation is complicated,various civilizations exchange and learn from each other,and different ideas and cultures agitate each other.The international view is not only the issues that talent cultivation must pay attention to,but also an important quality that the new talents should possess in the process of globalization.Through combing the historical origin and development process of the new talents,knowing the connotation and value of the international view,correctly understanding the relationship between the new talents and the international view,clarifying the theoretical implication and practical path of cultivating the new talents with the international view,exploring the corresponding educational innovation and development measures,so as to realize the all-round development of the new talents of the times.
