摘要
“百年未有之大变局”具有深刻内涵,不同“大变局”的“体量”存在差异且可归入诸多类别。基于时间点的计算及史实的验证能够发现,历史上曾存在6个“百年未有之大变局”。政治、经济、军事、科技和文化等都是“百年未有之大变局”的影响因素,但最根本的影响因素是生产力的发展。历史视阈下的“百年未有之大变局”启示我们:“大变局”是机遇,也有可能是威胁;稳中求进有助于在“大变局”中成功实现崛起;在当前“百年未有之大变局”中须重视发展、合作与和平,同时需要关注实体与虚拟空间。
The“Profound Changes Unseen in a Century”has profound connotations.The volumes of different“Profound Changes”can be classified into many categories.Based on the calculation of time points and the verification of historical facts,it can be found that there have been six“Profound Changes Unseen in a Century”in history.Politics,economy,military,science,technology and culture are all influential factors of“Profound Changes Unseen in a Century”,but the most fundamental factor is the development of productivity.The revelation of“Profound Changes Unseen in a Century”under the perspective of history enlightens us that“Profound Changes”is an opportunity as well as a threat;“Making-Progress-While Ensuring-Stabilities”will help to realize Chinese dream of national rejuvenation in the“Profound Changes”;and we must focus on cooperation and peace as well as the development of physical and virtual space.
