摘要
目前国内外治疗食管裂孔疝(HH)的方法多种多样,临床疗效及不良反应各有不同,根据治疗方式不同,可分为:药物治疗、外科治疗、腹腔镜治疗及内镜下治疗四大类。诊断价值较大的检查方法主要包括:胃镜检查、上消化道造影、计算机断层扫描及食道高分辨率测压。本文对HH诊治的研究现状作一综述。
At present,there are various treatment methods for hiatal hernia in China and abroad,with different clinical effects and adverse reactions.According to different treatment methods,it can be divided into four categories:drug treatment,surgical treatment,laparoscopic treatment and endoscopic treatment.The main diagnostic methods include gastroscopy,upper gastrointestinal angiography,computed tomography(CT),and high-resolution esophageal manometry.This article reviews the research status of diagnosis and treatment of hiatal hernia.
