摘要
为了筛选出对女贞球象杀虫效果较好的杀虫剂,采用喷雾法进行了不同药剂对女贞球象幼、成虫的室内药效试验。结果表明,药后5 d,5.7%氟氯氰菊酯EW 1 500倍液、1.8%阿维菌素ME 1 000倍液、氯氰·毒死蜱EC 1 000倍液、77.5%敌敌畏EC 1 000倍液、0.3%印楝素EC 2 500倍液、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC2 500倍液、40%噻虫啉SC 5 000倍液等对幼虫都具有较好防效,死亡率均达90.0%以上。药后5 d,1.8%阿维菌素ME 1 000倍液对成虫的死亡率为100.0%,防治效果显著。幼虫室外药效试验表明,药后5 d,1.8%阿维菌素ME 1 000倍液、25%灭幼脲SC 2 000倍液、5.7%氟氯氰菊酯EW 1 500倍液、氯氰·毒死蜱EC 1 000倍液、77.5%敌敌畏EC 1 000倍液、40%噻虫啉SC 5 000倍液等的校正死亡率均高于60%,具有一定田间防效。
In order to screen out the insecticides with better effect on Stereonychus angulicollis Voss,the efficacy trails of several pesticides against larvae and adults were carried out in laboratory by using spraying method.Results showed that the mortalities of cyfluthrin 5.7%EW diluted 1500 times,avermectin 1.8%ME diluted 1000 times,chlorpyrifos·cypermethrin EC diluted 1000 times,dichlorvos 77.5%EC diluted 1000 times,azadirachtin 0.3%EC diluted 2500 times,thiacloprid 40%SC diluted 5000 times and beta cypermethrin 4.5%EC diluted 2500 times were all up to 90%on the fifth day after treatment and these all had better control effect to larvae.Mortalities of avermectin 1.8%ME diluted 1000 times against adults was 100%on the fifth day after treatment.The control effect of it was more significant.The field effect of larvae showed that the corrected mortality rates of avermectin 1.8%ME diluted 1000 times,carbamide 25%SC diluted 2000 times,cyfluthrin 5.7%EW diluted 1500 times,chlorpyrifos·cypermethrin EC diluted 1000 times,dichlorvos 77.5%EC diluted 1000 times and thiacloprid 40%SC diluted 5000 times were higher than 60%5 days after treatment,which had certain field control effect.
