摘要
科学界定公共经济与民间经济活动边界对经济政治体制理论研究和深化改革社会实践都具有重要意义。公共经济与民间经济是国民经济这一矛盾统一体中既相互依存又相互对立的两个方面。优化公共经济与民间经济的边界划分应考虑市场失灵原则、主体属性原则、内在属性原则、占比适度原则和历史性原则。文章通过剖析现阶段我国公共经济与民间经济之间边界划分方面存在的问题,提出了优化公共经济与民间经济之间边界划分或整体结构的路径。
To define the boundary between public economy and private economy scientifically is very important for the theoretical study of the economic and political system and deepen the social practice of reform.Public economy and private economy are the two aspects of national economy.They are interdependent and confronted simultaneously.For optimizing border demarcation of public economy and private economy,we should give thought to market failure principle,principal attribute principle,internal attribute principle,principle of proportionality and periodical principle.After Analyzing the problems of border demarcation between public economy and private economy,this paper puts forward the optimizing path of border demarcation between public economy and private economy and the overall structure of them.
