摘要
悬浮隧道管体实际内力与轴力、弯矩和曲率有关且相互影响,有必要研究横断面的力学指标——强度与延性。基于同等设计条件拟定的7个悬浮隧道横断面,包括矩形、马蹄形、四心圆形、八边形、圆形、椭圆形、双船壳形,分析了这些横断面的轴力-弯矩曲线和弯矩-曲率曲线力学性能;比较了考虑和不考虑外包钢壳时的横断面的力学性能,分析了轴压比对横断面力学性能的敏感性。由结果可知,趋于“四边形”的横断面承受轴力和弯矩组合包络范围要大于趋于“圆形”的横断面,除八边形外,其余横断面的延性系数相差不大;外包钢壳可在较大程度上提高断面的抗压及抗弯承载能力,而对延性影响较小;轴压比可在一定范围内提高横断面承载能力,但会导致其延性降低。
The actual normal force of the submerged floating tunnel is related to the axial force,bending moment and curvature and affects each other,hence it is necessary to study the mechanical index of cross-section structure:the strength and ductility.Based on the same design condition,seven suspension tunnel cross sections,including rectangular,horseshoe,four-hearted,octagonal,circular,elliptical and double hull shapes,are proposed.The mechanical properties of the axial force-moment curve and moment-curvature curve of these sections are analyzed,the mechanical properties of cross-sections with or without steel membranes are compared,and the sensitivity of axial compression ratio to cross-section mechanical properties is analyzed.The results showed that the combination of the axial force and the bending moment of the section which tends to"quadrilateral"is larger than the section which tends to be"circular".Except for the octagonal,the ductility coefficient of the other cross sections have little difference;the outer steel shell can greatly improve the compression and bending capacity of the section to a large extent,but has little influence on the ductility;the axial compression ratio can improve the bearing capacity within a certain range,but would sacrifice the ductility.
