重庆某高边坡项目场地稳定性分析与结构设计方法 被引量:9

Site stability analysis and structural design method for a high slope project in Chongqing

摘要 重庆某商业中心项目体量大,整个场地属于高填方区,东西侧道路高差约为19m,高边坡产生的土压力部分将传递至主体结构。为保证边坡和拟建建筑物的安全,重点对边坡土压力下和地震作用下结构的安全性进行了分析和评估,且在分析过程中考虑了场地稳定性和主体结构的交互影响。详细介绍了场地和整体结构稳定性分析的原则和方法、结构设计条件和分析结果。结果表明,通过结构退阶设计(掉层结构)可有效减小边坡土压力,设置抗推剪力墙可提高地下室各层局部传递土压力的可靠度,从而保证了整个场地边坡的稳定性和拟建项目的安全。 A commercial center project in Chongqing has a large volume, and the whole site belongs to a high soil fill area. The height difference between the east and the west sides of the road is about 19 m. The soil pressure generated by the high slope is transmitted to the main structure partly. In order to ensure the safety of the slope and the proposed building, the analysis and evaluation were conducted of the safety of the structure under the slope soil pressure and earthquake action, and the interaction between the site stability and the main structure in the analysis process was considered. The principle and method of stability analysis of site and whole structure, structural design conditions and analysis results were introduced in detail. The results show that the step back design of the structure can effectively reduce the soil pressure of the slope, and the anti-push shear wall can improve the reliability of the local transfer of soil pressure in each layer of the basement, so as to ensure the stability of the whole site slope and the safety of the proposed project.
