摘要
本文从OFDI的发展进程视角入手,考察中日两国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应。在总结大国OFDI发展的一般规律的基础上,通过统计分析对中日OFDI发展进程进行合理的阶段性划分,结果表明:中日的对外投资发展历程符合世界投资大国的一般发展规律,两国的OFDI发展进程既存在显著差异性和也存在较多的相似性,其相似性主要体现在整体的阶段性递增趋势。此外,日本近几十年的OFDI发展已经由不成熟走入了相对成熟的阶段,走出了一条相对成功的对外投资发展路径,而中国的OFDI也呈现由调整过渡阶段向相对成熟阶段转变的趋势;因此,建立和完善支持企业对外直接投资的制度和政策体系,对于我国稳步实施“走出去”战略和提高对外直接投资的经济绩效具有重要意义。
From the perspective of the development process of OFDI,this paper investigates the spillover effect of OFDI reverse technology in China and Japan.OFDI on powers,on the basis of general law of the development of the development process through the statistical analysis of sino-japanese OFDI reasonable piles,and the results show that the china-japan foreign investment development conforms to world powers of the general law of development,the two countries OFDI development process there are significant differences and there are more similarity,the similarity in the phases of the overall trend of increasing.In addition,in recent decades,the development of OFDI in Japan has gone from immaturity to relative maturity,and developed a relatively successful development path of outbound investment,while China's OFDI has also shown a trend of transition from adjustment to relative maturity.Therefore,it is of great significance for China to steadily implement the strategy of"going out"and improve the economic performance of ofdi to establish and perfect the system and policy system supporting OFDI.
