摘要
探究最低工资标准与"一带一路"倡议对中国企业对外直接投资的直接和交互影响对于评估优化政策、指导中国对外直接投资具有重要意义。文章将"一带一路"倡议纳入研究框架,从企业对外直接投资金额和次数两个方面考察"一带一路"倡议与最低工资标准对中国对外直接投资的直接和交互影响。研究发现:最低工资标准和"一带一路"倡议直接促进了中国企业对外直接投资;"一带一路"倡议强化了最低工资标准提高对企业对外直接投资的促进作用;劳动密集度高的企业和民营企业在"一带一路"倡议与最低工资标准的交互作用下更倾向于进行对外直接投资。
It is of great significance to explore the joint impact between the minimum wage standard and the Belt and Road Initiative on China’s outward direct investment. In this paper, the Belt and Road initiative is included in the research framework, we use CSMAR company overseas investment data in 2013-2017, and use panel fixed effect regression and panel Poisson regression method to examine the joint impact of the Belt and Road initiative and the minimum wage standard from the aspects of the amounts and times of outward direct investment. Main conclusions: The minimum wage standard and the Belt and Road initiative jointly promote the amounts and times of Chinese enterprises’ outward direct investment;the Belt and Road initiative strengthened the promotion of domestic minimum wages to foreign direct investment;Labor-intensive enterprises and private enterprises are more inclined to make foreign direct investment under the interaction of the"Belt and Road"initiative and minimum wage standards.
