摘要
本文针对某SUV加速过程中车内"突突"声明显,声品质较差的问题,应用"源-传递路径-响应"分析思路,确定"源":发动机激励,和主要传递路径:发动机激励-右悬置-右侧围-前围防火墙。并针对"传递路径"和"响应"分别提出优化方案:(1)改进右悬置结构,在其内部增加节流盘降低高频动态硬化程度,抑制共振响应;(2)右侧围和前围防火墙结构加强。再通过测试验证,能有效地解决车内"突突"声问题,达到提高车内声品质的目的。
This article aims at the problem of obvious"sudden"sound and poor sound quality in the acceleration process of an SUV. The"source-transmission path-response"analysis is used to determine the"source": engine excitation,and the main transmission path: engine excitation. Right suspension-right wall-front wall firewall. And put forward optimization solutions for " transmission path" and " response" :(1) Improve the right suspension structure,add a throttle disk inside it to reduce the high-frequency dynamic hardening degree,and suppress the resonance response;(2) Right side and front wall firewalls Structural strengthening. Through test verification,it can effectively solve the problem of " bursting" sound in the car and achieve the purpose of improving the sound quality in the car.
