摘要
通过对某湿法冶炼锌渣中的银进行工艺矿物学和浮选回收研究,查明该锌渣由10余种矿物组成,主要银矿物为自然银、金银矿,主要金属矿物为铁酸锌和黄铁矿,主要非金属矿物为毒砂、残余石英、长石、绿泥石。此矿渣矿石性质特殊、嵌布关系复杂,属于较难选矿渣。经采用混合浮选法流程试验,在含银80 g/t品位下,获得银精矿含银6517.50 g/t、回收率71.57%的较好指标。
Thorough study on mineralogy of silver in residue and flotation recovery from wet zinc smelting slag,which indicates that: zinc slag consists of 10 kinds of mineral,and the main silver minerals are native silver,gold and silver ore,the main metal minerals are iron acid zinc,pyrite,and the main non-metallic minerals are arsenopyrite,residual quartz feldspar,chlorite.The nature of slag ore is very special and the disseminated relationships are complex,which makes the slag very difficult to separate.Through adopting mixed flotation flowsheet experiment,under the situation of primary silver grade of 80 g/t,the silver concentrate of grade of 6517.50 g/t with recovery rate of 71.57% is obtained.
