摘要
凝胶注模成型因可净尺寸生产形状复杂的大尺寸陶瓷零部件,成型坯体成分均匀、缺陷少、强度高等优点得到广泛应用。介绍了凝胶注模成型的基本原理和基本流程,综述了水基凝胶注模体系、非水基凝胶注模体系下的叔丁醇基凝胶注模体系、醇水基凝胶注模体系及其他一些体系的最新研究展,最后对其发展前景进行了展望。
Gelcasting is widely used because it can produce large size ceramic parts with complex shape and can be formed green body with uniform composition,less defects and high strength.The basic principle and basic progress of gel-casting are introduced.The latest development of water based gel-casting and non aqueous gel-casting such as tertbutyl alcohol gel-casting system,alcohol water gel-casting system and some other systems are reviewed.Finally,the prospect of its development is forecasted.
