SiC_w/Si_3N_4复相陶瓷注射成型的流变特性与动态过程 被引量:8

摘要 对以热塑性树脂和石蜡为要结合剂,SiC晶须含量为0~20%(vol)的SiC_w/Si_3N_4复相陶瓷混合物料注射熔体的流变特性进行了研究。实验发现:该体系的流变模型为非牛顿假塑性体,具有剪切变稀特征;其本构方程满足幂律函数:τ=kγ ̄n;并在较高剪切速率下(在实际陶瓷注射成型范围内100~1000s ̄(-1)),SiC晶须的引入对注射熔体表观粘度影响较小。本文同时对体积比为15:85的SiCw/Si_3N_4体系的注射动态过程进行广测试分析,得出了模腔内压力分布规律:P_x=及模腔温度变化特性,#讨论了它们对陶瓷注射成型的影响。 The rheological properties of SiC_w/Si_3N_4 ceramic composite and its injection moulding werestudied. The mixture consists of Si_3N_4 with 0~20%(vol)silicon carbide whiskers and polymer and wax asthe key organic binder vehicles.The experimental results show that rheological model of the injection mould-ing mixture belongs to non -Newtonian pseudoplastic with the characteristic of shear thinning and the rheo-logical equation of the mixture fits the power law:The apparent viscosity of the mixture increasesonly slightly after adding,silicon carbide whiskers under a high shear rate(in the range of practical injectionmoulding).The injection dynamic process of SiC_w/Si_3N_4 mixture added with 15%(vol)silicon carbidewhiskers was also investigated. It turns out that the cavity pressure distribution can be expressed by the e-quation The influences of rheological properties and injection parameters on ceramic compositeinjection moulding were also discussed.
