摘要
基于自我决定理论,采用欲望指数量表、一般自我效能感量表和主观幸福感量表对589名高职"三困生"进行了施测,考察了目标内容与主观幸福感的影响以及自我效能感的中介作用。结果显示:(1)内部目标能够显著预测高职"三困生"的自我效能感和主观幸福感;(2)自我效能感在内部目标和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用。因此,内部目标部分通过自我效能感影响主观幸福感。
Based on self-determination theory,589 students with three kinds of poor undergraduates were measured by the Chinese Aspiration Index,Self-efficacy Questionnaire and Subjective Well-being Scale,and the effect of goal content on subjective well-being,the mediating effect of self-efficacy were investigated.The results indicated that:(1) Intrinsic goals were positively correlated with Self-efficacy and subjective well-being,the relationship between extrinsic goals and subjective well-being was not significant;(2) Self-efficacy mediated the relationship between intrinsic goals and subjective well-be-ing,in partly.In conclusion,Self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the intrinsic goals and subjective well-being.
