摘要
目的:探讨共情护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者术前应激的影响。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2017年1月确诊乳腺癌并接受手术治疗的100例女性乳腺癌患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理和一般心理护理;观察组在对照组的基础上实施共情护理干预。比较两组入院当日和手术前夜焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、血压与心率。结果:手术前夜,观察组SAS、SDS、睡眠质量评分、血压与心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术前夜SAS、SDS及睡眠质量评分与入院当日比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术前夜血压与心率均低于入院当日(P<0.05)。结论:共情护理可显著缓解乳腺癌手术患者的负面情绪,降低术前应激反应,利于手术的顺利进行,同时还有助于提高护理工作者的沟通技能,建立和谐的护患关系。
Objective:To explore the effect of empathy nursing intervention on preoperative stress in patients with breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 100 female breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and general psychological nursing.The observation group was given empathy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)score,blood pressure and heart rate of two group were compared on the day of admission and the night before surgery.Result:The night before surgery,SAS,SDS,sleep quality score,blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS,SDS and sleep quality scores between the night before surgery and the day of admission in the observation group(P>0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group on the night before surgery were lower than those on the day of admission(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing intervention can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of patients with breast cancer surgery,reduce the preoperative stress response,which is conducive to the smooth surgery,and also helps to improve the communication skills of nursing workers and establish a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
