摘要
目的:探究鹿仙散结汤联合多西他赛对乳腺癌患者有效性及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年7月本院收治的102例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,并依据不同的治疗方案分为对照组和研究组,各51例。对照组采用多西他赛治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用鹿仙散结汤治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、血清因子、免疫指标、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,研究组TNF-α、IL-8水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.9%,低于对照组的15.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌患者的治疗过程中,采用用鹿仙散结汤联合多西他赛进行治疗,不仅临床疗效显著,还可有效改善患者机体的炎症反应情况以及免疫情况,安全性更高,值得在临床中广泛的应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Luxian Sanjie Decoction combined with Docetaxel on the effectiveness and immune function of breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 102 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and study group,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Docetaxel,while the study group was treated with Luxian Sanjie Decoction.The clinical treatment effect,serum factor level,immune index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 levels was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^+level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.9%,lower than 15.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of breast cancer patients,the use of Luxian Sanjie Decoction combined with Docetaxel for treatment,not only has a significant clinical effect,but also can effectively improve the patient’s inflammatory response and immune status,higher safety,worthy of extensive clinical application.
