摘要
热/力模拟实验能够充分而精确地暴露与揭示材料在热加工过程中组织与性能变化规律,能够评定或预测材料在制备或热加工时出现的问题,为制定合理的加工工艺及研制新材料提供理论指导和技术依据。基于此,本文针对Gleeble-1500D热/力模拟实验机进行了简要介绍,重点对实验中常见问题提出了处理方法。
The change rule of the structure and properties of materials in the process of hot working can be fully accurately exposed and revealed in the thermal/mechanical simulation experiment,and the problems occurring in the preparation or the hot working of materials are evaluated or predicted,which the theoretical guidance and the technical basis are provided for the formulation of reasonable processing technology and the development of new materials.Based on this,the Gleeble-1500 D thermal/mechanical simulation test machine is briefly introduced in this paper,and the methods to deal with the common problems in the experiment are put forward emphatically.
