摘要
根据数学仿真,物理模拟和工业应用的相互关系,介绍和讨论了Gleeble物理模拟技术,如热拉伸试验、压缩试验和应变诱导开裂试验等在热轧过程模拟中的应用,同时介绍了应变速率为100~1000/s的高速轧制过程进行物理模拟的HYDRAWEDGE(液压楔)系统,并用此技术对3道次轧制过程的模拟作了研究。
Based on the interaction among physical simulation, mathematical modelling and industrial applications,the application of Gleeble physical simulation technique , including hot tensile testing, compression testing andStrain Induced Crack Opening (SICO) testing, for hot rolling process simulation are presented and discussed inthis paper. The HYDRAWEDGE system for physical simulation of high speed rolling with a strain rate of 100to 1000/s is also introduced, and a three stand hot rolling process simulation using this technique has beenstudied.
