摘要
目的探讨VTQ技术对乳腺肿块良恶性的准确性及诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者84例,共存在乳腺实性肿块99个,分别采用声触诊组织量化(VTQ)以及声触诊组织成像(VTI)联合Adobe Photoshop进行良、恶性诊断,分析其诊断价值。结果恶行乳腺肿块中央部位VS值明显高于良性乳腺肿块(P <0.05);恶性乳腺肿块灰度平均值明显低于良性乳腺肿块(P<0.05);VTQ诊断良性率、恶性率与病理诊断结果无统计学意义(P> 0.05);VTI诊断良性率、恶性率与病理诊断结果无统计学意义(P> 0.05);VTQ诊断灵敏度、特异度以及准确度明显高于VTI检测;VTQ诊断与VTI诊断一致率为77.8%。结论在对乳腺肿块进行良恶性诊断时,VTQ诊断具有更高的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度,可以良好区分乳腺肿块的良、恶性,为乳腺癌诊断提供技术支持。
Objective To investigate the accuracy and diagnostic value of VTQ technique for benign and malignant breast masses. Methods 84 patients with breast tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,of which 99 patients were with solid breast masses.Benign and malignant diagnoses were made by acoustic palpation tissue quantification(VTQ) and acoustic palpation tissue imaging(VTI) combined with Adobe Photoshop,respectively,and the diagnostic value was analyzed. Results The VS value of the central part of malignant breast mass was significantly higher than that of benign breast mass(P < 0.05).The gray value of malignant breast mass was significantly lower than that of benign breast mass(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the benign rate and malignant rates and the pathological diagnosis results of VTQ diagnosis(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the benign and malignant rates and the pathological diagnosis results of VTI diagnosis(P > 0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of VTQ diagnosis were significantly higher than those of VTI detection.The agreement rate between VTQ diagnosis and VTI diagnosis was 77.8%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses,VTQ diagnosis has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which can well distinguish the benign and malignant breast masses and provide technical support for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
