摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对跆拳道运动员力量训练进行探析。结果显示:跆拳道运动员力量训练的特点有系统性强、递进式以及快速力量三方面;跆拳道运动员力量训练的原则包括循序渐进、超负荷、专门性这三个方面的原则;跆拳道运动员力量训练的方法有最大力量训练、快速力量训练、力量耐力训练、核心力量训练,并且跆拳道专项运动员力量训练方法存在的问题有重下肢训练轻视上肢训练和重击打腿训练轻支撑腿训练这两个方面。
This paper analyzes the strength training of Taekwondo special athletes by using the method of documentation and interview.The result shows that the coach should make reasonable arrangement according to different strength characteristics in the training process,pay attention to the improvement of strength quality of athletes,make the training more targeted,improve the physical training of athletes,and make the athletes play more steadily in the competition.In Taekwondo special strength training,it is necessary to practice according to the training principles and improve the coordination of the body,so as to obtain excellent performance.The strength training arrangement of Taekwondo requires comprehensive consideration of training methods such as methods,contents.At the same time,the means and content of training should be diversified.The methods of strength training for taekwondo special athletes should be analyzed comprehensively,not penny wise and pound foolish,for some of the practices that are often ignored have a direct impact on the results of the athletes'competitions.
