摘要
【目的】探讨消黄养肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)残留黄疸的临床疗效。【方法】将120例CHB残留黄疸患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上给予消黄养肝汤治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]和黄疸指标[直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)]的变化情况,评价2组患者的疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)治疗2、4周后,2组患者的AST、ALT、DBIL、TBIL水平均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),且治疗组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。(3)治疗组的不良反应发生率为16.67%,对照组为13.33%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。【结论】消黄养肝汤可有效改善CHB残留黄疸患者肝功能及黄疸状况,有利于提高治疗疗效,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaohuang Yanggan Decoction on chronic hepatitis B(CHB)residual jaundice. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHB residual jaundice were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with comprehensive western medicine therapy, and the trial group was treated with Xiaohuang Yanggan Decoction together with comprehensive western medicine therapy. The treatment for the two groups covered 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,the liver function indexes of aspartate transaminase(AST)and alanine transaminase(ALT),and jaundice indexes of direct bilirubin(DBIL)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the two groups were monitored. After treatment,clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were compared. Results(1)After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate in the trial group was 96.67% and that in the control group was 83.33%,and the clinical efficacy of the trial group was stronger than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment for 2,4 weeks,the levels of AST,ALT,DBIL and TBIL in the two groups were obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the trial group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.01).(3)The incidence of adverse reaction in the trial group was 16.67% and that in the control group was 13.33%,the difference being insignificant between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Xiaohuang Yanggan Decoction can effectively improve the liver function and jaundice status of patients with CHB residual jaundice,and it is helpful to enhance the therapeutic effect with good safety.
