阳陵泉穴、胆穴点按刺激对肝胆湿热证乙型黄疸肝炎的退黄作用观察被引量：6

Observation on Anti-jaundice Effect of Stimulation at Yanglingquan Point and Biliary Point on Hepatobiliary Damp-heat Syndrome Type of Jaundice Hepatitis B

摘要目的:探讨阳陵泉穴和董氏奇穴胆穴点按刺激对肝胆湿热证黄疸性肝炎的退黄效果。方法:将80例肝胆湿热证乙型黄疸肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予阳陵泉穴和董氏奇穴胆穴点按刺激,比较两组临床症状缓解效果、退黄效果及不良反应情况。结果:和本组干预前比较,两组干预后黄染、乏力、纳差、腹胀、恶心呕吐5项主要症状积分有明显下降,差异有统计性(P<0.05),和对照组干预后比较,观察组干预后上述5项主要症状积分显著较低,差异有统计性(P<0.05)。观察组显效12例,有效21例占52.50%,总有效率为82.50%,显著高于对照组60.00%,差异有统计性(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:阳陵泉穴和董氏奇穴胆穴点按刺激疗法帮助乙型黄疸肝炎患者退黄效果显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of point-by-point stimulation at Yanglingquan(GB34)and DONG’s points on jaundice hepatitis of damp-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder.Methods:Eighty patients with hepatobiliary dampness-heat type of jaundice hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was given stimulation at Yanglingquan(GB34)and Dong’s points on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms relief effect,yellowing effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention group,the scores of five main symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the five main symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was82.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 60.00%(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reagctions in both groups.Conclusion:Stimulation therapy at Yanglingquan(GB34)and DONG’s points is effective and safe in treating jaundice in patients with hepatitis B,which is worthy of clinical application.
