金铁锁组培生根培养基的初步筛选研究

摘要 为筛选出金铁锁组培生根的最佳培养基,对金铁锁生根培养基不同NAA和IBA浓度进行了裂区试验研究,各设置3个浓度梯度,试验共9个处理,并对试验结果进行了多重比较和方差分析;同时对金铁锁生根培养基各处理的生长性状进行了评价。结果表明:金铁锁最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.15 mg/L+IBA 0.15 mg/L。其生根率可达96.47%,根长为8.55 cm,生根数为4.75条,节间长为2.39 cm;金铁锁组培苗整体表现为根系发达、苗壮、长势好。 In order to select the best rooting medium for tissue culture of Psammosilene tunicoides,the different NAA and IBA concentrations of rooting medium were studied by the split plot experiment which has 3 concentration gradients and a total of 9 treatments,and the test results were analyzed by multiple comparison and variance analysis.Meanwhile,the evaluation for the growth characteristics of the all rooting medium treatments was carried out.The results showed that the best rooting medium of Psammosilene tunicoides was 1/2MS+NAA 0.15 mg/L+IBA 0.15 mg/L.The rooting rate was 96.47%.The root length was 8.55 cm.The rooting number was 4.75,and the internode length was 2.39 cm.The tissue culture seedlings of Psammosilene tunicoides had the stronger roots and well-growing seedlings.
