摘要
以松桃县李家湾锰矿作为贵州省典型锰矿山,通过分析矿区工程地质条件,构建采场工程地质模型.基于室内试验、Hoek-Brown强度准则及国家规范确定出开采影响区岩体物理力学参数.依托3DEC离散元数值分析平台,研究不同开采支护方案下矿体顶板变形破坏特征及规律.结果表明:①无支护条件下,随着开采工作面推进,顶板竖向压应力逐渐减小,下沉量、现状塑性区体积逐渐增加,地层的挤压变形和预收敛变形明显;②在0.1、0.2、0.4和0.8 MPa支护压力下,顶板支护段与无支护方案相比,竖向压应力分别提高0.2、0.5、1.7和2.6 MPa,下沉量分别降低了1%、2%、6%和7%,除0.1 MPa支护压力外,其它3种支护压力下开采工作面及顶板现状塑性区均明显减少;③基于优选的0.25 MPa支护压力方案在该矿的应用效果,表明揭示的顶板变形破坏规律是合理、可靠的.
The Lijiawan manganese mine in Songtao county is taken as a typical manganese mine in Guizhou province.The stope engineering geological model is constructed by analyzing the engineering geological conditions of the mining area.The physical and mechanical parameters of the rock mass in mining affected area are determined by laboratory tests,Hoek-Brown strength criteria and national standard.Based on 3DEC discrete element numerical analysis platform,this paper studies the characteristics and law of deformation and failure of the roof of ore body under different mining and support schemes.The results show that,as the working face advances without support,the vertical compressive stress of roof decreases gradually,displacement and the volume of now plastic zone increase gradually.The compression and pre-convergence deformation of strata are obvious.Under the support pressure of 0.1,0.2,0.4 and 0.8 MPa,the vertical compressive stress of roof support section respectively increases by 0.2,0.5,1.7 and 2.6 MPa,and the vertical displacement respectively decreases by 1%,2%,6%and 7%,and volume of now-plastic zone significantly reduce except for 0.1 MPa support pressure.Based on the application effect of the optimized 0.25 MPa support pressure scheme in this mine,it shows that the roof of deformation and failure law revealed in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
