摘要
水电站过流部件涂层下存在裂纹会直接导致部件抗疲劳强度下降,影响机组安全。为实现涂层下裂纹检测,本文在对比多种常用无损检测方法基础上,优选出涡流检测作为过流部件检测方法,并对3种涡流检测方法进行试验分析。结果表明:脉冲涡流检测的检出效率较低且易受裂纹方向的影响,很难满足现场快速检测的要求;交流磁场检测无法穿透涂层,不能进行裂纹检测;阵列涡流检测能有效检测涂层下裂纹,适用于现场实施的过流部件涂层下裂纹检测。
Cracks under the coating of overcurrent components of hydropower station will directly lead to a decrease of the components' fatigue strength and affect the safety of the hydroelectric units.In order to realize crack detection under the coating,eddy current detection is selected as the detection method of over-current components in this paper,through comparison of multiple non-destructive detection methods.Three kinds of eddy current testing methods are analyzed.The results show that,the detection efficiency of pulsed eddy current testing is low and easy to be affected by the crack direction,which is difficult to meet the requirements of rapid detection on site.The ACFM testing can not penetrate the coating,and is not able to carry out crack detection.The array eddy current testing can effectively detect the cracks under the coating,which is suitable for the detection of cracks under the coating of overcurrent components on site.
