摘要
针对煤矿井下常规钻机回转钻进轨迹测量装备的现状,研制了一种多用途钻孔轨迹测量装置。该仪器主要由多用途轨迹测量探头和防爆手机组成,探头采用三轴磁阻传感器HMC2003和2个双轴加速度传感器SCA100T组成传感器采集单元,采集的数据经过A/D转化并经微处理器MSC1210进行处理和计算后得出当前位置的姿态参数,并通过蓝牙以无线传输的方式输出;防爆手机APP接收探头传输的姿态参数,经过计算以数字和图形的方式显示钻孔的轨迹偏差。应用结果表明,该装置适用于随钻存储式测量、钻机或人工输送式测量多种测量方式,携带方便、测量施工效率高,能满足矿井现场的生产需求。
A multipurpose drilling trajectory measurement device was developed for the current situation of conventional drilling rig rotary drilling trajectory measuring equipment in coal mine. The instrument is mainly composed of a multipurpose trajectory measurement probe and an explosion-proof mobile phone. The probe adopts a three-axis magnetoresistive sensor HMC2003 and two two-axis acceleration sensors SCA100T to form a sensor collecting unit, and the collected data was converted by A/D and executed by the microprocessor MSC1210. After processing and calculation,the attitude parameter of the current position was obtained and outputted by wireless transmission through Bluetooth;the attitude parameter transmitted by the explosion-proof mobile phone APP receiving probe was calculated to display the trajectory deviation of the drilling hole in a digital and graphical manner.The application results show that the device is suitable for multiple measurement methods such as storage-type measurement while drilling,drilling rig or manual conveying measurement,which is convenient to carry,high in measurement and construction efficiency,and can meet the production needs of the mine site.
