摘要
针对现有随钻测量(MWD)探管结构的不足之处进行了优化设计。对开关堵头进行滚花处理,采用螺纹及双层密封圈密封的设计,同时将堵头对接面设置橡胶圈,减少端面对接过紧后形成的摩擦力,也能为扶正器提供一个打开开关堵头后的挡圈作用;设计了一种防缠绕转接头,使得MWD探管的电源短节在浇封状态下与电路短节对接安装后,能够保证密封性能的同时还能防止连接线缆缠绕扭曲而造成短、断路等质量与性能影响;最后将MWD探管与无磁钻杆之间的定位部分做了双翼形悬挂头对接的优化设计,大幅降低原MWD探管随钻测量的悬挂头断裂损伤率。通过对MWD探管的结构进行优化,改进了原有结构,解决了现场使用及生产装配中存在的问题。
In view of the shortcomings of the existing measurement while drilling(MWD)probe tube structure,the optimization design was carried out.The switch plug is knurled,and the design of the screw thread and double sealing ring are used to seal.At the same time,the mating face of the plug is set with a rubber ring to reduce the friction formed after the end face butt is too tight,also to provide a stop ring function after opening the switch plug for the centralizer.An anti-winding adapter was designed,which can ensure the sealing performance of the power supply nipple of the MWD probe tube and the circuit nipple after the installation in the pouring and sealing state,also prevent the quality and performance impact of the short and open circuit caused by the winding and twisting of the connecting cable.Finally,the positioning part between the MWD probe tube and the non-magnetic drill pipe is optimized for the docking of the double-wing suspension head,which greatly reduces the fracture damage rate of the original MWD probe tube suspension head.By optimizing the structure of the probe pipe,the original structure was improved,and the problems existed in field use and production assembly were solved.
