摘要
研究建立了静态顶空-气质联用法法快速测定EVA家具中苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇释放量的分析方法。平衡温度120℃,平衡时间40min,气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法进行定量分析。线性范围覆盖0.4 mg/kg^4 mg/kg;相关系数均大于0.995;苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇检出限分别为0.008mg/kg和0.013mg/kg;平均回收率86.4%~95.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于15%。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、降低溶剂干扰等特点,满足EVA家具及其EVA发泡材料中苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇释放量的检测要求。
The equilibrium temperature was 120℃,the equilibration time was 40 minutes,the release of acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-propanol from EVA furniture was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry-selection ion monitoring method.The linear range was 0.4-4 mg/kg,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995,the detection limits of acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-propanol were 0.008mg/kg and 0.013 mg/kg,the average recovery was 86.4%-95.1%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 15%.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,and can reduce solvent interference.
