摘要
                
                    针对目前国内选煤厂对破碎机缺乏有效监测的情况,设计了一种基于DSP芯片的破碎机在线监测系统。考虑到破碎机负载不均匀、冲击较大的特点,对设备中容易发生故障的零部件进行分析,选择其故障判断依据,结合工作环境对系统的总体方案进行设计;利用电气工作原理对系统的硬件部分进行选型,设计了DSP的外围电路与串口通信电路,并完成了软件部分的主程序流程图设计。分析认为,该系统的运用将提供一种客观的破碎机故障判断方法,可提高故障的处理效率。
                
                In view of the lack of effective monitoring of crushers in domestic coal preparation plants,an online monitoring system for crushers based on DSP chips was designed.Considering the characteristics of uneven load and large impact of crusher,through the analysis of the parts which are easy to fail in the equipment,combined with the working environment,the overall scheme of system monitoring was designed.Based on the principle of electrical work,the hardware part of the system was selected,the peripheral circuit and serial communication circuit of DSP were designed,and the main program flow chart of the software part was designed.The analysis shows that the application of the system will provide an objective method to judge the fault of crusher,and can improve the efficiency of fault handling.
