摘要
根据全国世界一流示范矿井建设要求,必须将矿井综采工作面全部数据上传至调度指挥中心,达到可视化生产的目的。为充分发挥煤矿井下已建好的"一网一站"系统优势,设计借助Modbus智能网关对综采数据进行采集。通过介绍Modbus协议概述,分析智能网关数据采集优势,将综采工作面顺槽移变列车的移变、综保、组合开关和三机控制器等设备信息采集至调度指挥中心,完全替代传统的Modbus串口服务器采集数据,成功应用到了大柳塔煤矿综采工作面。本设计组网简单、数据采集可靠、数据传输稳定,还满足上位机多用户访问等功能。
According to the construction requirements of the world-class demonstration mine in China,it is necessary to upload all the data of the fully mechanized mining face to the dispatching command center to achieve the purpose of visual production.In order to give full play to the advantages of the“one network one station”system which has been built in the coal mine,the scheme of collecting fully mechanized mining data with Modbus intelligent gateway was designed.Based on the advantages of Modbus protocol and intelligent gateway data collection,the equipment information such as mobile transformer,comprehensive protection,combined switch and three machine controller of the equipment train along the mining roadway in fully mechanized mining face was collected to the dispatching command center,which completely replaces the traditional collect data by Modbus serial port server.The application in fully mechanized mining face of Daliuta coal mine shows that the design has the advantages of simple network,reliable data collection,stable data transmission,and multi-user access of upper computer.
