摘要
随着国家新型城镇化建设的不断深入,大量的人口流入城市,使得城镇仅有的可使用的居住用地资源更加紧缩。为了解决新户居民的住房问题,在城镇中出现了越来越多的高层住宅设计。但是随着高层住宅的数量增加,发生在高层住宅的爆炸、火灾事故造成的财产和人员伤亡数量也日益增长,从生命安全的角度引发了居民对高层住宅的消防设计和消防安全通道的关注。本文首先对高层建筑的消防特点进行研究,然后论述了在现代化的高层建筑设计中,添加防火消防设计的方法。
With the deepening of the country’s new urbanization construction, a large number of population enter the city, making the only available residential land resources in the town more tight. In order to solve the housing problem of new residents, there are more and more high-rise residential design in town. However, with the increase in the number of high-rise residential buildings, the number of property and casualties caused by explosions and fire accidents in high-rise residential buildings is also increasing day by day, which arouse the concern of the residents bout the fire control design and fire safety passageway of high-rise residential buildings from the perspective of life safety. This paper firstly studies the fire control characteristics of high-rise buildings, and then discusses how to add fire control design to the design of modern high-rise buildings.
