摘要
城市化进程不断加快,城市发展离不开土地资源,随着城市建设发展,土地资源日益匮乏,城市中的各类高层建筑不断增多,这也给防火工作带来了挑战。高层建筑发生火灾,损失和伤亡要远比普通建筑更严重。只有全面强化高层建筑防火设计能力,科学设计、严格管理,才能确保高层建筑安全。文章主要通过对高层火灾发生原因的分析,列举了高层建筑防火设备缺陷及人员疏散困难,以此,提出合理化建议,切实保障高层建筑防火安全。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, urban development is inseparable from land resources. With the development of urban construction, land resources are increasingly scarce, and all kinds of high-rise buildings in the city are increasing,which also brings challenges to fire prevention work. When a fire breaks out in a high-rise building, the losses and casualties are far more serious than those in ordinary buildings. Only by comprehensively strengthening the fire prevention design ability of high-rise buildings, scientific design and strict management, can the safety of high-rise buildings be ensured. Based on the analysis of the causes of high-rise fire, this paper enumerates the defects of fire prevention equipment and the difficulties of personnel evacuation in high-rise buildings, and puts forward reasonable suggestions to ensure the fire safety of high-rise buildings.
