摘要
目的对小柴胡汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型胆囊息肉样病变的疗效进行探究,为该疗法的今后应用提供重要依据。方法选取本院2016年10月至2018年5月接诊的肝郁脾虚型胆囊息肉样病变患者78例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各39例,其中对照组采取常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用小柴胡汤加减疗法,分析比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(94.87%)高于对照组(71.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药期间不良反应发生率(2.56%)低于对照组(15.38%),差异有统计学义(P<0.05)。结论对肝郁脾虚型胆囊息肉样病变患者予以小柴胡汤加减疗法进行临床治疗,效果显著,且不良反应少,症状体征恢复迅速,值得进一步探究、使用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of gallbladder polypoid lesions with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to provide an important basis for the future application of this therapy.Methods From October 2016 to May 201878 cases of patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions as the research object,according to the random number table method divided into control group and study group,with 39 cases in each group.Among them the control group treated with conventional,the study group on this basis combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction treatment,compared two groups of curative effect and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group(94.87%)was higher than that in the control group(71.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.56%)was lower than that in the control group(15.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of Xiaochaihu Decoction plus or minus therapy for patients with gallbladder polypoid lesion of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency is effective,with few adverse reactions and rapid recovery of symptoms and signs,which is worthy of further exploration and application.
