摘要
随着高校后勤社会化的不断发展,高校食堂的管理模式日益多样化。一些高校食堂采用了外包模式,这对高校的食品安全构成了重大隐患。本文分析了健康中国背景下高校食堂管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,以全面推进健康中国的建设。
With the continuous development of the socialization of university logistics,the management model of university cafeterias is becoming increasingly diverse.Some university cafeterias have adopted outsourcing models,which pose a major hidden danger to food safety in universities.This paper analyzes the issue of canteen management in colleges and universities with a healthy China background,and proposes corresponding solutions to comprehensively promote the construction of a healthy China.
