摘要
目的了解汉中市居民健康素养现状,为制定有针对性的干预措施和政策提供理论依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对汉中市11个县区共2640名15~69岁居民进行问卷调查,并在此基础上进行健康素养的影响因素分析。结果2017年汉中市居民健康素养水平为7.20%;居民基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养水平分别为19.89%、6.48%和11.74%;六类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次为:"安全与急救"、"科学健康观"、"健康信息"、"基本医疗"、"传染病防治"、和"慢性病防治",分别为42.54%、34.92%、12.95%、12.84%、9.47%和7.31%;多因素分析结果显示,文化程度是居民健康素养水平的主要影响因素(OR=2.481~13.155,P<0.001)。结论2017年汉中市居民整体素养水平低于陕西省平均水平,需结合健康素养的影响因素,有针对性地开展健康教育和干预工作,进一步提高全市居民健康素养水平。
Objective To investigate the current status of health literacy among residents in Hanzhong city,and to provide a theoretical basis for formulating targeted intervention measures and policies.Methods A total of 2,640 residents aged 15-69 years and selected in 11 counties of Hanzhong city through multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method were surveyed by using a questionnaire,and the factors influencing health literacy were analyzed on the basis of the survey.Results The overall level of health literacy in the residents in Hanzhong city in 2017 was 7.2%.The percentages of residents who had basic health knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills related to health literacy were 19.89%,6.48%and 11.74%,respectively.As for six health issues among the residents,the health literacy level of safety and first aid was the highest(42.54%),followed by scientific concept of health(34.92%),health information(12.95%),basic medical care(12.84%),prevention and treatment of infectious diseases(9.47%),and prevention and therapy of chronic diseases(7.31%).The results of multifactor analysis revealed that educational level was the factor influencing health literacy level of the residents(OR=2.481-13.155,P<0.001).Conclusions The overall health literacy level of the residents in Hanzhong city in 2017 was lower than the average level of Shaanxi province.It is necessary to conduct targeted health education and intervention based on the factors influencing health literacy so as to further improve the overall health literacy level of the residents in the city.
