摘要
运用实地考察法、访谈法和文献资料法研究法国青少年足球训练理念,旨在提升我国青少年足球训练水平,丰富我国青少年足球训练理论。研究发现:法国青少年足球训练的主要理论基础是行为主义和建构主义学习理论。行为主义可解释足球技术、战术的定型,不能全面阐释主动性思维的发展与足球技能形成规律。建构主义倡导比赛情境图式的不断建构和主动思维的培养,可以培养青少年球员的足球智商,提升其创造力和竞技表现。法国青少年足球训练操作模式:比赛发现、协调性训练、情境训练、技术训练和比赛。对其模式进行如下解读:逻辑性强,契合了建构主义学习理论的设计思路;比赛对抗因子丰富,符合足球运动本质。讨论了情境训练的适用条件和范围。借鉴:注重培养青少年的主动思维与创造力是我国足球教练员青训理念转变的核心内容;青少年足球训练理论是“顶层设计”,把握其实质,才能创新性地进行足球训练。
By using the methods of on-the-spot investigation,interview and literature,this paper studies the concept of French youth football training,aiming to improve the level of youth football training in China and enrich the theory of youth football training in China.It is found that the main theoretical basis of French youth football training is behaviorism and constructivism learning theory.Behaviorism can explain the stereotype of football technology and tactics,and can not fully explain the development of active thinking and the formation of football skills.Constructivism advocates the constant construction of the game situation schema and the cultivation of active thinking,which can cultivate the football intelligence quotient,develop their creativity and improve their competitive performance.Therefore,the French have constructed a unique training mode of youth football:match discovery,coordination training,situational training,technical training and competition.Interpretation of its model:strong logic,which coincides with the teaching of constructivism Learn to design ideas;match confrontation factor rich,in line with the essence of football.The application conditions and scope of situational training are discussed.Reference:It is the core content of the transformation of the concept of youth training for Chinese football coaches to pay attention to the cultivation of young people's active thinking and creativity;and the theory of youth football training is"top-level design".Only by grasping its essence,can we carry out the football training innovatively.
