摘要
文章介绍了热回收焦炉炼焦技术的发源及其在中国和美国的发展现状。在总结了热回收焦炉炼焦技术的优势和缺陷的基础上,对热回收焦炉炼焦技术进行理论分析,提出了热回收焦炉炼焦技术中荒煤气发生量和组成以及焦炉传热和结焦时间的计算方法。在阐述了热回收焦炉炼焦技术存在的争议后,对热回收焦炉炉体结构优化和未来发展提出了建议。基于化产焦炉、卧式热回收焦炉和立式热回收焦炉的经济和技术分析,立式热回收焦炉炼焦技术较另两种焦炉的炼焦技术具有一定的优点。
The essay introduced the origination and recent development situation of heat recovery coke oven coking process in USA and China. Based on the conclusion of the advantages and flaws to heat recovery coke oven,through theory analysis of heat recovery coke oven coking process,the calculation methods for both the crude gas component and amount,heat conduction and coking cycle time were recommended. After statement of the disputation about the heat recovery coke oven,some suggestions were provided about the future development and improvement of heat recovery coke oven structure.Lastly,according to the economic and technical analysis among by product coke oven,compared with the other two coking techniquesthe,the vertical heat recovery coke oven owns some merits.
