摘要
热回收焦炉配套的烟气余热发电系统管路上安装有大量的烟气闸阀,该阀在使用中对高温烟气起切断或流量控制作用。由于焦炉烟气温度很高、工况恶劣,目前的阀门普遍存在阀板易断裂、使用寿命短等问题。该问题已严重的影响了整个焦炉系统的运行效率和生产产出,是令热回收焦炉行业头疼的问题之一。本文提出了一种水冷型烟气闸阀,并就该阀门的工作原理及理论计算进行了较为详细的介绍;该新型阀门解决了现有阀门存在的阀板易断裂等问题,解决了困扰行业的难题。
A large of flue gas gate valves are installed on the pipeline of flue gas waste heat power generation system supporting heat recovery coke oven,which can cut off or control the flow of high-temperature flue gas in use.Due to the high temperature of coke oven flue gas and poor working conditions,the valve plate is easy to break and the service life is very short.This problem has seriously affected the operation efficiency and production output of the whole coke oven system.This problem has become one of the most concerned problems in the heat recovery coke oven industry.This paper presents a new type of water-cooled flue gas gate valve,and introduces the working principle and theoretical calculation of the valve in detail;The new valve solves the problems that the valve plate of the existing valve is easy to break,and solves the problems perplexing the industry.
