摘要
针对风电叶片模具翻转机构油缸负载偏大及翻转运动速度不均匀的问题,通过分析风电叶片模具翻转机构运动过程,推导翻转角速度、翻转载荷同油缸运动速度、翻转机构各铰点尺寸之间的关系,建立翻转过程力矩平衡表征模型,以翻转所需油缸力最小为目标优化翻转油缸铰点尺寸。通过优化控制翻转油缸运动速度,实现匀速翻转,提高翻转机构运动稳定性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of large oil cylinder load and uneven turning speed of wind turbine blade turning mechanism,the movement process of the overturn mechanism is analyzed in this article so as to establish relation of the turning angular velocity,the turning load with the moving velocity of the oil cylinder and the size of each hinge point of the overturn mechanism;a torque balance characterization model is established to optimize the hinge point size of the turning cylinder by minimizing the needed load.By optimizing the control mode on the velocity of cylinder movement,the motion security and stability of the turning mechanism can be improved.
