一种分段式尾门下段外板内延点焊面侧翻边模具结构的开发

摘要 分段式下部尾门外板中内延点焊法兰面和顶盖外板侧向翻边法兰面,分别与相应零件主体型面构成了一种U型钣金结构。针对这种U型结构中的法兰面成形,提出了一种侧翻边模具,包括上模、压芯、侧压芯、下模和侧翻边刀块。压芯和侧压芯安装在上模,侧翻边刀块安装于下模,侧压芯上带有侧翻边型槽,作为侧翻边成形的侧向活动基座。压芯可在竖直方向上压紧工件中部,而侧压芯可水平运动,实现侧向压紧或分离,侧翻边刀块同样可水平运动,向内侧运动完成侧翻边成形,向外侧运动则完成与制件抽离。上模下行过程中,压芯底部先将工件中部压紧,随后侧压芯将工件翻边区域的内侧面压紧,侧翻边刀块与型槽水平相向运动完成侧翻边。当上模上行,侧翻边刀块向外侧回退,最终获得带侧向翻边法兰面的制件。 The inner extension spot weld flange surface and the side flange surface of roof outer panel for split-type tailgate respectively form a U-shaped sheet metal structure with main surface profile of their corresponding part.For the forming of the flange surfaces in this U-shaped structure,a side flanging die was proposed,which included upper die,pressing core,side pressing core,lower die and side flanging knife block.Then,the pressing core and the side pressing core were installed on the upper die,the side flanging knife block was installed on the lower die,and the side pressing core had a side flanging groove as a laterally moving base for side flanging.Furthermore,the pressing core pressed the middle part of workpiece in the vertical direction,while the side pressing core moved horizontally to achieve lateral pressing or separation.Similarly,the side flanging knife block moved horizontally,it moved inward to achieve side flanging and moved outward to retract from the workpiece.During the downward movement of the upper die,the bottom of the pressing core first pressed the middle part of the workpiece,and then the side pressing core pressed the inner side of the flanging area of the workpiece,and finally the side flanging knife block and the groove moved horizontally toward each other to complete the side flanging.When the upper die moved upward,the side flanging knife block retracted outward,finally yielding a workpiece with a side flange surface.
