芪参养心汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证45例 被引量：5

Qishen Yangxin Decoction Treating on 45 Cases with Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome

摘要 冠心病是由于疾病导致冠状动脉狭窄或阻塞,从而引起心肌缺血缺氧或坏死。其中,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)是冠心病常见的类型之一,发病相对迅速,伤害性较大,由于病情变化快及难以预料,可以进展为急性心肌梗死。西医治疗该病以抑制血小板聚集和稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块为主,但整体疗效尚不满意。笔者对45例UAP患者在常规西医治疗基础上予芪参养心汤进行治疗,效果良好,现报道如下。
