摘要
痰、瘀、毒、风、虚在冠心病胸痹心痛的发生、发展及转归过程中具有重要意义。基于“痰瘀毒风虚”理论探讨冠心病发生、发展过程中的病机演变及治疗规律,雷忠义认为“痰瘀”是起病之始,“毒”为疾病发展之渐,“风”为疾病发展的恶性结果,“虚”为疾病发展的终末阶段。在治疗上,雷忠义认为冠心病可分为早、中、晚、末4期。早期化痰宣痹、活血化瘀、兼以扶正;中期涤痰化浊、活血化瘀、清热解毒;晚期清热解毒、益气养阴、息风定悸、敛阴息风;末期回阳救逆固脱、益气养阴生津。
Phlegm,blood stasis,poison,wind,and deficiency are of great significance in the occurrence,development,and outcome of chest stuffiness and pain in coronary heart disease.Based on the theory of“phlegm,blood stasis,poison,wind,and deficiency”,this paper discusses the pathogenesis evolution and treatment rules of coronary heart disease during its occurrence and development.Lei Zhongyi believes that“phlegm,blood stasis”is the beginning of the disease,“poison”is the gradual development of the disease,“wind”is malignant result of the development of the disease,and“deficiency”is final stage of the development of the disease.In terms of treatment,Lei Zhongyi believes that coronary heart disease can be divided into four stages:early stage,middle stage,late stage,and final stage.In the early stage,dissipating phlegm and dredging channel blockade,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and strengthening vital qi;in the middle stage,clearing phlegm and resolving turbidity,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and clearing heat and removing toxicity;in the late stage,clearing heat and removing toxicity,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,arresting epilepsy by calming endogenous wind,and collecting yin for calming endogenous wind;in the final stage,restoring yang and rescuing patient from collapse for for relieving depletion,benefiting qi and nourishing yin for promoting production of fluid.
