摘要
为舆情信息服务模式的优化与改进提供量化指标,切实提升图书馆舆情信息服务生态链的运行效率。通过解读图书馆舆情信息服务生态链的概念,研究图书馆舆情信息服务生态链评估机制的内涵、研究价值与意义、理论和现实依据。将图书馆舆情信息服务生态链评估机制面向绩效进行构建,从图书馆舆情信息服务人员这个信息主体出发,以数学模型为理论基础,从数据分析、馆员资质、业务效率三个方面研究图书馆舆情信息服务生态链绩效评估指标,并对每项指标赋予了不同的权重。通过实践检验,验证舆情信息服务传播面监测规模和舆情发展态势统计与业务效率指标中的反馈数量有联系,馆员资质可以引导图书馆舆情信息服务生态链的运行。
The paper aims to provide quantitative indicators for the optimization and improvement of public opinion information service models,and effectively improve the operating efficiency of the library public opinion information service ecological chain.By analyzing the concept of the library public opinion information service ecological chain,this paper studies the connotation,research value and significance,theory and realistic basis of the library public opinion information service ecological chain assessment mechanism.The ecological information evaluation mechanism of the library public opinion information service is constructed for performance.Starting from the information subject of the library public opinion information service personnel in the public opinion information service,based on the mathematical model,the paper analyzes the performance evaluation index of the library public opinion information service ecological chain from three aspects:data analysis,librarian qualification and business efficiency,and assigns different weights to each indicator.Through practice test,it is verified that the monitoring scale and public opinion development situation statistics of the public opinion information service are related to the feedback quantity in the business efficiency index,and the qualification of the librarian can guide the operation of the library public opinion information service ecological chain.
