螯合树脂原位制备载铁炭基催化剂活化过硫酸盐降解染料X-3B的研究 被引量:3

In-situ preparation of iron-loading carbon-based catalyst from chelate resin and its application in persulfate activation for X-3B degradation

摘要 采用吸附铁的螯合树脂原位制备炭基催化剂,用于活化过硫酸盐(PS)降解偶氮染料X-3B。通过比表面积分析、扫描电镜和X射线衍射等分析手段对其表面性质等进行表征,考察了不同活化制备温度和操作条件对X-3B脱除率的影响。结果表明,800℃原位制备的炭基催化剂具有最优的活化PS性能,催化剂质量浓度为0.05 g/L、PS质量浓度为5.4 g/L、染料初始质量浓度为100 mg/L、体系初始p H为5、温度为298 K时,反应60 min可将X-3B完全降解。自由基猝灭实验表明,该降解反应中的主要活性物质为硫酸根自由基(SO4^-·)。 Chelate resin that has adsorbed iron is used as raw material to prepare in-situ iron-loading activated carbon catalyst that is used to activate persulfate(PS)for degrading X-3B azo dye.The surface properties of the catalyst are analyzed by specific surface area analyzer(BET),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Furthermore,the degradation characteristics of X-3B under different activation temperature and operating conditions are investigated separately.It is shown that the carbon-based catalysts prepared in-situ at 800℃has the best activation ability to PS.X-3B can be completely degraded under the conditions that the catalyst dosage is 0.05 g·L^-1,PS dosage is 5.4 g·L^-1,the initial concentration of X-3B is 100 mg·L^-1,the initial p H of the system is 5,the temperature is at 298 K,and the reaction lasts for 60 min.The free radical quenching experiment indicates that sulfate radical(SO4^-·)is the main active substance in the degradation reaction.
