摘要
本文以甘氨酸分子作为载体,采用水热合成法制备稀土钼系杂多酸甘氨酸复合催化剂,利用XRD、TG进行了表征。考察了催化剂用量,溶液初始浓度,溶液pH等因素对刚果红模拟染料废水脱色率的影响。结果表明:催化剂对刚果红模拟染料废水有较好的性能,优化降解条件为:染料浓度10 mg/L,pH=2,催化剂用量为10 mg/50 mL,脱色率达92.1%。
Using glycine molecule as the carrier,Rare earth Molybdenum heteropolyacid and glycine composite catalyst were synthesis by hydrothermal method.The composite catalyst was then characterized by XRD and TG.The effects of the catalyst amount,initial concentration and pH of the solution on the decoloration rate of Congo red dye wastewater are investigated.The results indicated that this catalyst has good performance on it.The degradation rate of Congo red dye wastewater reached 92.1%under the condition when initial concentration was 10 mg/L,pH was 2,and the catalyst dosage was 10 mg per 50 mL wastewater.
