摘要
美国对中国正在实施新遏制战略。新遏制战略的目标是在全球经济一体化的背景下,通过各种可能的手段,遏制中国高新科技和相关产业的发展。其实质是控制国际产业链制高点,继续攫取超额垄断利润。国际产业链中的超额垄断利润是美国金融资本主导的积累制度的实体经济支柱,一旦失去,美国金融资本对资本主义世界经济的统治就会终结,这是美国新遏制战略的根源。美国对华新遏制战略再次证明了金融资本的寄生性和腐朽性。
The United States is implementing a new containment strategy against China.The goal of the strategy is to contain China’s high and new technology by all possible means in the context of global economic integration.Its essence is to control the commanding heights of the international industrial chain and continue to grab the excessive monopoly profits.The excessive monopoly profits in the international industrial chain are the real economic pillar of the accumulation system dominated by the U.S.financial capital.If it loses,the rule of the U.S.financial capital over the capitalist world economy will be terminated.This is the root of America’s new containment strategy.The new containment strategy of the U.S.against China again proves the parasitic and decadent nature of the financial capital.
